1. What is Philly CoderDojo?
Philly CoderDojo is a free, volunteer-led coding club for youth ages 7–17. We help kids learn programming through fun projects, mentorship, and community events.

2. What age group is Philly CoderDojo for?
Philly CoderDojo is open to youth ages 7–17 who are interested in learning to code, whether they’re beginners or experienced.

3. How often are coding sessions held?
We host bi-monthly Saturday sessions during the school year and monthly sessions in the summer, typically at 11:00 AM.

4. What should I bring to my first dojo?
Since our coding dojos are held online, bring a charged laptop, a curious mind, and any questions you have. We’ll guide you from there!

5. Do I need to register for each session?
Nope! Just register once, and you’ll receive Zoom links for all upcoming sessions via email and text.

6. Are the sessions free?
Yes! All Philly CoderDojo events are 100% free thanks to our amazing volunteers and community support.

7. What kind of projects will I work on?
You’ll explore projects using Unity, C#, Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, and more—plus opportunities for game design and team competitions.

8. Can parents or guardians attend?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to observe or assist, especially for younger ninjas.
